Something isn’t quite right? Please tell us:

Want to send us back your item(s)? Simply follow the steps, ensure we have received your items within 14 days after delivery, and we will process a refund.

Please note: Any returns that reach us after the 14 day time frame will be not be accepted. Returns that reach us late will be sent back and no refund will be processed.

What can I return?

You can only return items that you’ve bought and received from SECRETSALES.

Any items must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with intact tags. Incomplete, torn, worn, soiled or anything we may believe has been used will not be accepted.

Items purchased from a Selected Partner, must be returned directly to them. You’ll find their Return Policy and process inside your parcel and in My Orders.

Unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been in your possession for over 14 days.
  • Any personalised items, or tailored to your specification.
  • Any products that deteriorate quickly, such as food and flowers.
  • CDs, DVDs or software if you have broken the seal on the wrapping.
  • Close-fitting underpants or knickers (Please try these items on over your underwear).
  • Opened adult toys.
  • Piercing jewellery.
  • Opened cosmetics and skincare.

When will I get a refund for the return?

As soon as we have received your return a refund will be processed within 30 days. We will send you an update by email once we have received and checked your return.

How do I return an item using Collect+ ?

Step 1: Click on the ‘Create a Return’ button below and follow the steps to generate a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ (RAN). You will see this number on your screen and also receive a copy of it in an email.

Step 2: Print your Collect+ label and write the RAN clearly on it. Affix this label to your package including the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 3: Drop it off at a Collect+ point and keep your proof of return.

I’ve changed my mind on the colour/size, can I exchange?

We try our best to offer exchanges whenever possible, but once a sale ends on our website we often no longer have access to the products. Let us know what exchange you would like and we will confirm if it is possible shortly.

If you received a faulty, damaged, or simply not the right item, fill in the form located on our Contacts page, select ‘Delivery & Returns’ and include pictures to support your description. Our Customer Service team will respond as soon as possible.

Contact Us

If you find a fault within six months of purchase, you can still return it to us and we will endeavour to repair or replace your item. If we cannot offer a repair/replacement, we will process a refund.

I’ve changed my mind on the colour/size, can I exchange?

If you want to exchange an item you’ve purchased from one of our Selected Partners, your exchange/refund will be processed by them directly. Please contact the seller through your Orders page.
