SecretSales.com's delivery procedure and information

All items will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for on receipt.
In the case of delicate, high value or heavy goods a special courier service will be used at an additional cost.

If your package is damaged during transport, please do not accept it as we will be unable to refund you on this basis if you do so.

COST OF DELIVERY

Delivery cost is determined by the number of individual brand sales you purchase from.
UK – £4.50 if ordering from 1 brand, £5.50 if ordering from 2 brands and £6.50 if ordering from 3 or more brands
International - £10.00 if ordering from 1 brand, £20.00 if ordering from 2 brands and £30.00 if ordering from 3 or more brands

THE DELIVERY ZONE

We have recently expanded our delivery zone and now deliver internationally to many European countries as well as the UK.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We work directly with the brands on offer and our delivery system varies according to our agreement with each brand; for most of our sales we can only process the deliveries once the sales have finished.

You will be informed of the delivery period during the checkout process and an order should take approximately 5 - 10 working days to be delivered after the sale has finished.
