SecretSales.com's delivery procedure and information

All items will be delivered by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for on receipt.
In the case of delicate, high value or heavy goods a special courier service will be used at an additional cost.

If your package is damaged during transport, please do not accept it as we will be unable to refund you on this basis if you do so.

COST OF DELIVERY

We have a flat rate of £4.50 for our deliveries if you order from one collection, £5.50 if you order from two or three collections and £6.50 if you order from 4 or more collections, with the exception of delicate, high value or heavy goods which are sent via courier at a fee of £8.50. You will be able to view these specific delivery costs during the checkout process and prior to final confirmation of your order.

THE DELIVERY ZONE

The delivery zone is the United Kingdom (UK) only at this stage. We hope to provide an international service in the near future.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We work directly with the brands on offer and our delivery system varies according to our agreement with each brand; for most of our sales we can only process the deliveries once the sales have finished.

You will be informed of the delivery period during the checkout process and an order should take approximately 5 - 10 working days to be delivered after the sale has finished.
